A special way to start your day
At breakfast we always offer our "Full Cumbrian" as well as cereals, homemade granola, stewed fruit and the creamiest greek yogurt. We also conjure up a Breakfast Special each day, and these have proved to be very popular. We try to go with what's in season and match the weather too. Today's was Brioche French Toast made with coconut milk and served with maple-roasted garden plums and fresh berries - a bit of a mouthful in more ways than one!
